Loyalty program

Participation Terms:

The program is open to all registered customers of the online store.

Program participants must be individuals over 18 years of age.

To participate in the program, it is necessary to register on the online store's website and create a personal account.

Points Accumulation:

For every purchase amounting to 100 UAH, the participant receives 1 bonus point.

Points are awarded after the successful completion and payment of the order.

The total points awarded are equal to 1% of the purchase value (excluding delivery costs, taxes, and other additional fees).

Points Utilization:

Points can be used for discounts on the next purchase.

1 bonus point is equivalent to a $1 (or equivalent in another currency) discount on a purchase.

Minimum number of points for usage: 10 points (meaning a $10 discount or equivalent).

Additional Conditions:

Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or given to third parties.

Points can only be used to pay for products in the online store and cannot be applied to other services or expenses.

Points have a validity period of 12 months from the date of accrual. Expired points cannot be restored.

Changes to Conditions:

The online store reserves the right to change or terminate the loyalty program, as well as modify participation, points accumulation, and usage terms. Participants will be notified of changes via email or upon accessing the website.
